This place has been X’d off my list. The bartenders Josh, Emily, and manager Bobby just gave this place the reason. Placed my name on waitlist for a table (hour wait) , 2 spots became available at bar so decided to sit there instead. Waited 5 min approximately to have spot cleaned. , waited an additional 5 min approximately to place order. Bartender Emily did not have a friendly approach as considering any server should. Because service was really off. No reason. Establishment war not busy. Bartenders were flippant.
Food is weak!! Compared to a year ago Chilis serves better steaks than y’all do Service is awesome from your old school servers They can’t cook a lame cut to save their lives Worst service EVER!! Acknowledge a person when they come in Took me 35 minutes to get a drink F*** y’all
My entire experience at this particular restaurant went from bad to horrible very fast!! From the rude bartender that didn’t know how to make a Mojito and gave me dried out limes and no straw, napkins .. salad and steak plate brought with NO SILVERWARE.. nor dinner napkin.. and salad was brought with Ranch dressing already on it and the bartender didn’t even ask me what type of salad dressing I wanted. just way pricey for the food quails and service. I basically had 2 beers and a Gyro "SANDWICH" for $30. I was lunching alone at happy hour r at that. will not come back

Some of these waiters don’t know anything about teamwork, I had to flag down the buss boy and even at that busboy look at me like ur flagging me down like for what, a waitress with long dreadlocks acted like idk anything she looked at us like it’s not my section idk nothing, today looks like they tanning in molasses, Sorry but true , from 36 yrs of food service I’m not to impressed in this service, but too slow not enough teamwork, and no management to notice of this molasses service!!!!
