Worst customer service ever managers are as unprofessional as the hostess they have. Words cannot explain the treatment we received tonight from the manager and “hostess” who after giving us dirty looks then proceeded to throw our utensils and menu on the table. After telling the “manager “ how bad the customer service was there she commented back then why are you still here wow 54th street wow
Had dinner tonight at 54th Street with my wife and another military couple. When I brought this to the manager's attention, the Manager said there’s nothing they could do to remove the vulgar hat. They wouldn’t even ask the man to remove it. PLEASE share with your friends and post on social media every possible place you can. Manager basically told two vets and their wives to get lost along with ALL the other families who had to eat their dinner around this obscenity.
We waited over 45 mins after asking for a table again. Waited over 20 minutes to get drinks after finding a different waitress. After waiting for another 30 mins and telling the manager other people who ordered after us they got their food we finally got our food. We ended up missing our plans for the night due to slow service.
Been here over an hour and still do not have our food. Took 20 min just to get our drinks! This was after we waited 45 min for our table to be ready.
Worst service ever and food was not all that. Way off point tonight.
better customer service, we book a table for six but ended 8 people, we got to the restaurant, manager said it'll be 30 mins wait because you adding two people more. We were okay with it. it turn an hour we were still waiting for a table. the reason we waited becouse is my granddaughter favorite place, and it was. her last day here in Texas. She'll leave in Colorado. We got there at 6:45pm, we left at 9:40pm. What wrong with this!
server was nice but the plate and food was greasy af. something like the fries should've been hot but I got the batch that had to have been sitting. i should've stayed home and made a sandwich
Waitress ignores us, and is slow as all HELL!
