We've eaten here many times and never had an issue. It does get busy, so I would suggest getting a reservation in advance. The food is always good and the service great as well. I especially enjoy their waffle fries and gringo dip!
I loved the service and the food. Imori gave our table excellent service. She was very attentive to our drinks and never had to ask. The food was absolutely delicious, best bacon cheeseburger I've ever had.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was disappointed because my order wasn't made correctly even after I clearly explained what I wanted. It felt like the staff didn't really listen, and a salad that was supposed to come with the order was completely missing. It was frustrating getting home and realizing multiple parts of the order were wrong. The food itself was okay, but customer service and attention to orders definitely need improvement, especially for takeout customers.

I enjoy going to 54Th, the Rattle Snake pasta is dangerously good. Something was up on this visit, seemed like all the workers were upset about something. Walked through the door, and the hostess barely acknowledged us. We reserved via the app. That was something that threw her for a loop. The ambiance was nice, the food was average, but the service I received yesterday (May 12, 2026) was horrible. Not only did my order come out 15 minutes later after everyone else's order at the table , but the waiter also forgot the other guest's salads and biscuits and brought those items after the meal. Waited at 3:45 pm for unreasonable time to be seated. Waitress offered rewards sign up and then never came to explain how. Food was lukewarm when it arrived. The restaurant is too noisy. Loud atmosphere, mediocre food, and terrible service for the number of workers present.

I recently visited 54th Street and had a pretty mixed experience. The establishment itself is very nice, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The service was excellent, our server was attentive, friendly, and checked in often. The fajitas were also very good and came out hot and flavorful. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. This was one of the more frustrating experiences we've had in quite some time. On a Thursday night, we looked at the online wait time. With a 15-25 minute wait, we went ahead and checked in and drove to 54th. By the time we arrived, we should have been close to the end of our wait. The host confirmed our arrival and said we would be seated shortly. Unfortunately, 20 minutes went by and no word. The tequila wrappers were mushy and undercooked. The rattlesnake pasta was just "okay." Parking lot was too small, service was slow. I've never had a good experience here. I think I'm done trying this place.
