Waited at 3:45 pm for unreasonable time to be seated. Waitress offered rewards sign up and then never came to explain how. Food was lukewarm when it arrived. The restaurant is too noisy. Loud atmosphere, mediocre food, and terrible service for the number of workers present.

I recently visited 54th Street and had a pretty mixed experience. The establishment itself is very nice, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The service was excellent, our server was attentive, friendly, and checked in often. The fajitas were also very good and came out hot and flavorful. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. I found a blue rubber band in my loaded baked potato, which was pretty concerning. This was one of the more frustrating experiences we've had in quite some time. On a Thursday night, we looked at the online wait time. With a 15-25 minute wait, we went ahead and checked in and drove to 54th. By the time we arrived, we should have been close to the end of our wait. The host confirmed our arrival and said we would be seated shortly. Unfortunately, 20 minutes went by and no word. The tequila wrappers were mushy and undercooked. The rattlesnake pasta was just "okay." Parking lot was too small, service was slow. I've never had a good experience here. I think I'm done trying this place.

*****UPDATE**** We sat on the patio, which is open seating, and a nice surprise. We were seated for 20 minutes w/o being acknowledged by our waitress Riri. It wasn't until I stopped another waitress after I noticed that a couple (with a dog) who arrived 20 minutes after us was being addressed and served. A high standard for chain/sports style bars. Tons of TV's in the bar area as well as outside, plenty of restaurant seating as well. Tons of draft beer options. Extensive menu with an array of options. Started with the gringo dip and subbed waffle fries for chips. This is one of the favorite places to go on Friday night. The staff is great and we usually find a seat at the bar where we get great service and food. My husband doesn't typically like restaurants because of the noise but there's something about the acoustics here that's great - you can hear everyone at the table and still have music in the back ground. Lots of TVs with sports and ice cold beer. Lots of food choices but our favorites are the burgers with sweet potatoes fries.

Another wonderful dining experience at 54th Street. When in Mansfield, this is our "go-to" restaurant for dinner or lunch. The restaurant has such a great menu with a lot of depth in it. There are so many wonderful selections to choose from. We've been greeted warmly each time we've arrived. We love the decor and all the "eye candy" that is on the walls. There is SO much to look at. Don't get how this place only has 3 stars! First off, their fried pickles are AMAZING. Some of the best I've ever had. I always prefer spear fried pickles over the small fried pickles, and not only are their fried pickles spears, but they have some type of seasoning on them that give them a kick and it puts them over the top. Their burgers are great, and the fries have incredible seasoning as well. Reminds me of Red Robin seasoning! Our server was amazing!
