This past Saturday I waited with my family for 50 minutes when there was no wait greater than 10 minutes for ever other guest. Why? Because every other guest had the ability to stand and sit at a tall table. I have used a wheelchair for 28 years and I do not have the energy to fight ever battle of access I encounter. My friend and I visited tonight and we had to ask for water 5 times. My friends order was completely wrong and we are pretty sure the egg was taken off and the burger slapped on another bun. I’m just surprised, the has never happened before. It may be a while before I return. I still tipped 20% hoping if was an off night.
