We’ve been to this location many times and the food and drink are always good. The service is at or below average. Tonight was the worst. Wanted to sit at the bar for a quick drink and app before a movie. Sat there for 20 mins without even being looked at while 3 other people who got there at the same time or after us were served. Asked a hostess to help us get a manager and she rushed off but 5 mins later still never saw one. All while 5-6 servers huddled in the corner gabbing. Horrible customer service and bad bartenders!

Waitress was sweet but never checked in us food was ok nothing to write home about .They sit y o u so close to other tables that people can't get around without hitting you.
Food was cold steak was not cooked server and manager were rude will not be back . One in Arnold is much better . Manager had to go to 3 other tables about complaints while we were here

we went with our 2 kids thinking we would have a nice dinner boy were we wrong. we sat down ordered our drinks and food in a very timely manner. got our drinks but our food she said she would check on it 45 mins later it came out (hamburgers and a grill chicken sandwich) it was ice cold. they did NOTHING' we walked out and went somewhere else!!!! never again!!!!!!!!! they didn't get a penny out of us
I ordered Fried calamari, I had to sent it back both times it was salty. I had grilled fish n shrimp. You can tell that the grill was dirty because my food had chard residue. I was not happy!
This was my first visit. It was 9 of us and we were seated on the patio The door was open and nasty flies kept hoovering over us. If you're going to put me on the patio, try closing the door. Other than that the service was wonderful.
So to begin I called on a Monday for a Saturday night reservation of 20. They didn't take reservations but was told if we got there 30 min ahead of time that they would accommodate us. I arrived at 6:45 believing that would give an ample amount of time to seat us. I didn't even get a chance to speak to anyone until 5 after 7.
