I have been watching this building go up for the past year or so (while attending cross fit across the street) and find this excellent use of old unused / unproductive prime real estate. As a long-time VaHi resident, I know a couple other projects from this builder and they have been excellent (major attention to detail). The interior designer (who happens to be an architect as well) actually designed our offices too and she's a total pro. I walked through the model unit this week and was very impressed. The kitchen is very nice with awesome countertops, the bathroom and living room are both very large and the location is great. Can't wait to see the pool area when its completed.
