Uggo and totes overpriced. They should have put this monstrosity somewhere in old fourth not here.

Extremely unethical for employees of the property management company that manage this place to be inflating the rating. At the time of this rating, 4 reviews were posted by 4 different employees of Matrix Residential on June 29 2016... all giving it 5 stars. The place isn't even finished yet, so any ratings are purely for the location (which in that case, do not belong on this page).
