Brandy at the 193 branch was wonderful!!! I’ve known her since she was in middle school and I love how diverse and local your staff is. Now, as for the loan process and the underwriting process…this needs some improvements. I don’t think it was appropriate or necessary for the underwriter to ask us what we did with the proceeds of the sale of our home. Or show proof of where the money went. We qualified for a loan and had the reserve and income:debt ratio needed. This was an overreach.
