I was very impressed with the refinance of my car. Jenna was the person who took care of the paperwork for me. The whole process was completed quickly. I think it was 72 hours and everything was completed. I signed the paperwork at the Hubbard branch. The name of the person there was Elvis and he explained everything to me and I signed and was out the door. I had one other loan previously and it was just as efficient and effortless as this one. Great Job !!!!

Tyler Elliot and Becky Tucker were excellent to work with. The entire process of applying for and then completing the final paperwork for out HELOC was straight forward and quick. We were able to do almost everything over the phone/email and only had to go into our local branch to sign the final paperwork (which took less than 20 mins).
