We were there to sign loan papers but the loan officer brought to our attention we should roll over our savings account into a higher interest money market account🙂

The entire process was seamless and painless! From the moment I walked in to the Kent branch, the entire staff was welcoming and pleasant. Chris Kellar was phenomenal. She took the time to answer all of my questions and to discuss whether a HELOC was a good idea for me, without making me feel pressured in any way whatsoever.
