I had a car loan for 7 years. Whew finally paid it off. I have a savings account with $5. I sent two requests to close account. One request was sent in with the form asking them to send me my title directly. I did get my title but not my $5. I called and sent a seperate letter asking for my $5. Apparently, they said they never received either letter. I could understand not getting the 2nd letter but they surely got the 1st letter. Remember $5. 2 letters and 3 phone calls later. I give up..
