It’s a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and 717 Credit Union is that kind of bank. Jennifer at the Cortland branch was a big help and referred me to Emily who specializes in fixed heloc loans. They both were the sweetest, most accommodating, professional, proficient bankers around. I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understands their customers.
