I’ve been trying to reach the rep that helped us. I’ve left three voicemails and two emails. And she has yet to reach out. This is very frustrating and disappointing

The app is terrible. If I want to make a principle only payment on my mortgage or car, it is not deducted properly and I hate that. They fixed it once before but now have mucked it up again. I'm thinking about leaving.
