The ladies I worked with were very helpful and knowledgeable went right through all the paperwork
The app is terrible. If I want to make a principle only payment on my mortgage or car, it is not deducted properly and I hate that. They fixed it once before but now have mucked it up again. I'm thinking about leaving.
