The only thing I was disappointed with was the rate of interest I am paying. I was hopeful that with my excellent credit rating it would be lower.

Brandi was great to work with. She upgraded my checking account and gave me info on auto refi. A few days later I called her back and she guided me thru application over phone. Super fast response and follow up.
