The absolute worst credit union I have ever dealt with in my life. If I can find a way to switch my car loan to someone else I will. My husband walked into this location to make our car payment, he has ALL information (account number, amount to be paid, due date etc) he had all information and even pulled the app up to the teller, as it’s OUR car, just the loan is in my name. Purchased a new vehicle. 717 personnel were very professional from start to end. They provided me all the information to make a decision. From my initial call to completing the documents at the Vienna Branch, it was so easy. They took the time to explain every detail. Really appreciate their professionalism and how they treat their customers.
My appointments with Breanna to open my savings account and Leslie to apply for my home equity loan were such an enjoyable experience. Both ladies were friendly, helpful and made this process very positive.
When applying for a loan after being a member for more than 30 years, I had multiple loan advisors from different departments asking the same repetitive questions multiple times not knowing any information regarding my loan. The loan process took longer time than necessary, even different advisors had voiced the same concern. I even had a loan officer call me thinking I was a car dealership asking about a loan inquiry and title work needed completed. The experience was far from being pleasant and quite frustrating. 😞
Leslie was extremely knowledgeable on the situation, friendly and caring about the needs of our decision. She was able to provide the required information timely and allow us to build a better relationship with her and Seven Seventeen Credit union with our banking and loan needs. She preformed above any other staff member that I have ever met at any of the facilities of Seven Seventeen, as I have banked at both the Larchmont Branch and now the Vienna Branch.
