I had a great experience with Panda. During my consultation, Panda went over every detail from size, color, and price and made sure every question was answered. When you walk into 7 Souls Tattoo in Ramsey, everyone that works there is just so nice and welcoming. I went in to buy a new earring to replace my old Helix earring and needed them to make the switch for me. The piercer was very helpful and accommodating and explained the whole process to me.
