Fast and clear
I just love 8x8 its amazing. I get notified for all the Voice mails to my email and its so convenient to play and hear it right away. And I can login and do what every want. This is just awesome.
The fact that this solution is cross platform; from my desk phone, to my mobile phone, to my laptop. Very easy to use across the board!
As a relatively small business, we rely on real time communications and rapid response to keep our customers coming back for more. 8x8 has allowed us to easily keep our communications flowing and gain a reputation from our clients.
The ability to have voicemails sent to my email is priceless! I can fix any problem and never miss any opportunity simply from my cellphone or from home. I don't know how I ever lived without that!
The ease of Administration. Move , Add's , and Changes are very easy through the Web interface and it doesn't take much to provision a new phone. Best thing is I am not held hostage by some local provider that needs to charge me for every change I need to accomplish on my Phone System
I have been using 8x8 for a little less than a week. Nonetheless, my experience with the service and support couldn't be any better. I make approximately 15-20 calls per day and each lasts about 20-30 minutes each. The system quality is amazing, the sound is crystal clear and no calls have been dropped. However, the iPhone application could use some work to fix some bugs and improve its efficiency. 8x8 gives our startup a professional appearance that leaves a positive impression on potential investors and employees. We have all of the major features a growing business needs. But I would say that a favorite standout feature is actually something easily overlooked. We have had multiple compliments on our on-hold music.
