8x8, Inc. (NYSE: EGHT) is transforming the future of business communications as a leading Software-as-a-Service provider of voice, video, chat, contact center and enterprise-class API solutions powered by one global cloud communications platform.
We love that we can manage our voicemails, track calls, communicate with our colleagues across different offices, all using only simple and intuitive application!
We love that we can take our office phone anywhere. Whether we are meeting clients offsite or in our existing office space we can connect, interact and build relationships. I just makes sense.
Having the ability to connect to 8x8 from any location by smartphone or computer is incredibly helpful! We can answer our desk line while traveling or just running errands and the caller doesn't know the difference. And just as easy, you can "turn off" your smartphone app so no work calls are received in the middle of the night - unless you want to receive them.
I love that I can be able to be in and out of the office and still am able to get phone calls directly on my Cell Phone. If I miss the call I can listen to the voicemail directly from my emails. Seamless!! Thank you! Rickey Vallin PSA Realty & Insurance Services

It's okay. I get a random "error" in red most of the time. The fact that 5 instanced can't be open at the same time is kind of counter productive. Sometimes I am stuck at the login screen and keep clicking to log-in button and nothing happens.
Business response:
Hi Jeffre. Could you kindly send us an email at social@8x8.com with your account information, including any further specifics you can provide on this error in red that you are getting? Please know that we are working on increasing your ability to have more than 5 open at a time. Thanks!
We've deployed 8x8 (then Packet 8) back in 2006. Never looked back and only referred it countless times! We are a small business with several VoIP lines. Works great! Great features!
What's the difference between "Ready" and "Not Ready"? Regardless of what mode I'm i the phone still always rings and gives me the pop-up with the match. Is the idea of "Not Ready" so that you are not getting calls popping screens?
