I am the Mayor of a Borough in NJ with about 7500 residents. Since I run my own company in addition to serving as the Mayor, I am not in Town Hall everyday. The 8x8 service which is on our telephones in Town Hall allows me to receive messages from virtually anywhere, quickly and efficiently. I can click on the email message and listen to the message from my desk top at work, my cell phone or my desk top and phone in Town Hall, if I am there. I love the instant message feature, I can message someone while on the phone and get a response right away without having to call back.
I use 8X8 to get all of my voicemails in one central location. A quick call to ATT allowed all my cell phone calls to forward to my office line (after 3 rings) and then any missed call in the office becomes an email audio file. No matter where I am in the world, I can get all my voicemails in one place (email). This is huge. Add to that the fact that I can then process them like any other email and I'm simply a huge fan. Bonus? We love the conference bridge for the 3 to 5 conference call we set up each week.
8*8 service is super easy to use, making communication between us and our customers more proactive. This makes everyone happy. And if our customer is happy so are we. Thank you
I work for an Insurance company in Nantucket and our old system just wasn't working the way it should plus it was with our office fore probalby 8 or more years. When we started with 8x8, we were hoping for an easier adaptable phone system. our office has 10 employees in house and the owner out of the country. So it made sense to go with 8x8 for all the right reasons. I am learning new things whenever you send the email out for new options on this system that work. Thank you for the system and the updates to learn more about.
My experience with 8x8 has been excellent. We are smoothly moving through the setup process and look forward to our new phone service. The beauty is that we will be moving away from outdated equipment and will not be facing this issue moving forward as we move from onsite equipment to 8x8 using cloud-based services.
XOXO I love my 8 x 8! When employees call in I can see their name and number on my computer screen. I know who is calling and greet them by name when I answer. When customers call I can see who is calling and sometime anticipate why they are calling and in turn meet customer needs. 8 x 8 is the first program I open on my computer every morning when I arrive at work because it helps me get the day off to a great start! I love receiving my voicemails via my email! It's great when I can check them from home and not in the office.
