What our company loves most about our new 8x8 service is the flexibility in programming that it gives us. Our new systems sends our users email alerts for voice mail, which is very important if a person is away from their phone and can't get to it until later in the day. With this sync to our smart phones, you never have to worry about missing a call at any time.
I love how 8x8 is up-to-date with the latest technology. We deal with a significant number of large companies, yet 8x8 is one of the few who has created a really great, user-friendly, useful app. An to top it off, your customer service reps are friendly, patient and so helpful! We absolutely love the versatility; there are so many options and settings, we can customize our system to work exactly how we want it to and not get stuck selecting options from a "one size fits all" menu. I also love that I can personally log in and change these options without having to call for assistance.
