Paid for the $25 extreme shine with everything and it was not what I paid for. I tried to call and call and nobody answers the phone. My vehicle is still really dirty in the front hood. I got screwed over by Zip's Car Wash & didn't get a refund so I thought that a key car wash would be better but it seems to be the same issues! I guess from now on we will just hand wash it ourselves instead of throwing money down the drain for a half-ass job!!!
