They do a great job with the wash and dry but i will NOT be going there again. I got my car washed, hand dried, and my tire and rims touched up yesterday. It looked great as usual but i purchased the 48 hour rain guaruntee. I went back this afternoon and they said that they would only cover the wash and not the hand dry or tire and rim cleaning. Had i known it only covered the wash and not everything that i purchased, i would not have bought the protection...
Had a detail done yesterday, and came home to a broken door sensor. Apparently it "broke" on my way home. I probably wouldn't be so upset about it, but the way Richard(the manager) handled it was terrible! I will not be going there anymore nor will any of my family & will continue to spread the word of how horrible this establishment treats their customers!
