Edward Rios, is a very polite and have well understanding of the Real Estate Business. Good Customer Service oriented and follow up.
Edward was our realtor and was nothing short of awesome throughout the entire home buying process. After finding a house to move forward on, he made negotiating, dealing with multiple inspections, fixes to the house, etc. as simple as it could be. As with any home purchase, there were issues that arose at times, but he never stressed and simply took care of them to make sure we stayed on track for closing. The Novello group is great. My listing with another agent expired one day, and the next morning at 8:00 AM the phone rang. Aaron was on the line trying to get the listing. He was the only agent that called me in NH about the property in Florida. We had planned to go with a different agent, but Aaron had all of the right answers to all of our questions, and didn’t require a long term agreement. So there was no problem giving him a try.
