Karyn was very intuitive in knowing exactly what the asking price should be, and what needed to be done in order to prep the house for showing. The pictures came out great and buyers were impressed with the house. She told us what buyers would be looking for and how to present the house in the best light to appease everyone viewing.
I successfully purchased a home with Erin. During my home search she promptly organized viewings, informed me about new listing, gave me tips during home viewings and helped asked the right questions. After my offer for the home was accepted, she guided me through all the steps until closing. With her help the entire procedure was quite easy. Even after the home purchase she was there to contact the previous owners with a couple of questions that came up. I would highly recommend Erin for anyone home searching

Aaron (and team) helped us sell my mother's house after she passed. He was very helpful in getting us through the whole probate process and had a very responsive, knowledgeable staff.
