Jordan helped me immensely in finding properties in the south florida market. Very diligent and always followed up with alternatives. I recieved e-mails on a daily bases allowing me to choose from a broad variety of the market and to get very comfortable with the choices for homes in all of south florida.
I met Jordan through an open house he was holding in my neighborhood. I was immediately impressed with him because he was straight forward and asked me all the right questions to point me in the right direction. I asked if he would be my realtor and he took me to see some phenomenal properties. As I have not sold my home yet (through another realtor), I will not be purchasing just yet but I am sure that when I am ready it will only be through Jordan.
At no time did I feel she was anything less than honest. Very responsive to calls and messages. Sold my house just in time to get away from the airport runway expansion and found me the perfect new home.
From the very start, Edward was very attentive. He provided me regularly with various options which fit my criteria for a home. He was always punctual, called me when he said he would, and his follow-up very impressive. Jordan helped us immensely. I really felt like he was listening to me when I told him what we wanted and what our budget was. He never made me feel pressured and he was so quick to respond to me, I was never left wondering. We didn't find exactly what we were looking for but I know who i'll go to when we're ready.
Everything about our home buying process was great with Karyn! She also hooked us up with a good inspector and loan agent. I'd highly recommend Karyn as a realtor. Also she's just a cool person which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.
Had trouble finding a place to rent in Fort Lauderdale area. Came across an ad for a place and contacted Erin. She responded extremely quickly and took care of everything needed to ensure I got the property I wanted. She is very nice and knowledgable of the area and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place!
