Everyone here was super nice and great with my baby!! .The vet explained everything in great detail and when I picked up my baby discharge instructions were explained patiently. I absolutely love how you are able to text them with any questions or concerns and they respond almost immediately! We’ll never go anywhere else!!!

Awesome with hamster care. My Wiggles was breathing hard. She received immediate attention, being put on oxygen while waiting her turn to see Dr Slater. Since we were emergency walk in, I did have to wait awhile, but at least she was being observed in the back for changes. Since I was in the waiting area for several hours, I got to witness the manager deal with an unhappy client who was not wanting to wait. Bravo on trying to explain the triage situation with walk ins. I called Abby Pet Hospital on Saturday morning, May 20, 2023, because I had noticed an ear hematoma on my American Bully. Abby called back in the early afternoon to let me know that I could bring him in, and they would take a look at his ear. I saw veterinarian Dr. April Slater at about 2:00 PM. Even though they were closing, she offered to stay and surgically repair his ear, due to Monday being a holiday. I brought my cat in to be euthanized and everyone i interacted with were incredibly compassionate and reassuring. It was my first time saying goodbye to a pet this way and they made the experience as easy as possible and I appreciate them so much.

Lost a star because hold times when calling can be extreme (> 25 minutes and then only able to leave a message).
