Lost a star because hold times when calling can be extreme (> 25 minutes and then only able to leave a message).

In terms of service, they’re great. But trying to call to speak to someone, leaves something to be desired. I call and it rings forever, and automatically hangs up on me instead of going to voicemail. Or, it always rings busy. A tiny suggestion: hire someone just to answer phones. Other than that, awesome.
Abby Pet hospital is the best place for your pets I have 2. Dogs a large one and a small one my little one Wynky needed some serious shaving and the place I was to take her to r fused me service b cause she had too much hair but Abby took good care of my dog and now she looks awesome Thanks to Abby Pet Hospital and their staff for the wonderful service you give to my pets I would recommend you to anyone whom needs a vet

Today, I took my 12 yr Old Boston terrier, Snoopy as he was suffering from bloat. They open @ 7:30am for walk-ins, but I arrived @ 6:30am to be the first. The staff there is caring and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long as a walk-in. Dr. Eric Hannon is the one who treated Snoopy & he is honest, caring, & very knowledgeable. He answered my questions & explained how to give the medication that was prescribed. My dogs are my children before children, so I am extremely picky about who I trust them with. After being to many vets in the area, Abby by far is the best!
