My three children have been with ABCD for 7 years and have always had a great experience. As a nurse, I can appreciate the care and education that their staff still provides even with all the hectics and buzziness that the medical field has. Even if I cannot see our personal pediatrician for a sick visit, I have had to see another doctor in that clinic or stone oak and all of their pediatricians and NPs have been excellent . Daisy made my daughter and I feel very welcomed and cared for, she was amazingly sweet and knowledgeable about all of my concerns.
Dr. Hernandez is amazing with my youngest. She connects well with her and never rushes her when she gets going on stories. She looks forward to going to the doctors when she gets to see her friend. Thank you Dr. Hernandez for making appointments enjoyable for my little.
I absolutely love the doctors, but unfortunately the front office staff is incompetent and rude.
Overall this office is average. The receptionist staff isn't overly helpful or friendly. Same to be said for the nurses. However, Dr. Guerra has been amazing. He goes above and beyond and is very caring. He takes the time to be nice with my kids, explains things in detail, listens to everything I have to say and makes me feel at ease with treatments. I have been very satisfied with his care.
These doctors have seen two of my kids from birth to adult. Dr. Basey was our pediatrician for a long time and we have grown with them. We love Dr. Basey but we have seen associates over the years and recommend them all wholeheartedly.
One of my children seen Dr. Rosado couple times. I'm so glad I found pediatric Dr not only great what he does , but he takes his time to explained what is wrong with your child. We seen different Dr's and he's the best Dr for my kids so far. It seems like all my 3 boys will be seeing him til they grow. I would recommend him!
We have been in Cibolo and visited the Schertz location many times since Oct of 17. We like the hours they are open. I don't think we have seen the same doctor more than 2x though, and once we saw a PA that I was not impressed with. The majority of the doctors we have seen have been great, taking the time to explain what is going on with my child's illness or issue. Great establishment, very impressed. Efficient, thorough, friendly, clean & fast. Doctor Diaz DeLeon explained everything & has a good bed-side manner. My son felt very comfortable and so did I. So glad we found this clinic!
