a sudden and unexpected illness of my elderly 18yo cat was rapidly accommodated with an appointment within 45 minutes. When at clinic the staff were sympathetic and the vet most caring and thorough. The test results were fully discussed and a plan suggested . 24 hours later all seems calm again, and we are delighted with the service received.
