Hi, the whole experience was pleasant for both my cat and for myself. The receptionists are all very kind. However it could be much more pleasant for my cat if we could get the AIM 30 injections for cats with kidney disease. I hope Abingdon vets will look into this and get us the drug asap. My poor cat has to get his blood and pressure checked and eat tasteless food, solely because of this issue. Thank you
