5 star review from Mark on a washer and a refrigerator. Got their card on the refrigerator for when we need other service. Need I say more?
My Samsung electric clothes dryer stop heating and after 24 hours of trying to deal with Samsung customer service - and got nothing - not even an answer of what the error code nG was. I gave up and called Able Repair - they sent out Charlie and within 2 hours of the call - my dryer was repaired and running like new. He knew exactly what was wrong - had all the parts - and bang it was done. Excellent workmanship and cleanliness also. I will be using them for now on.

Very positive experience. Our washing machine broke with clothes inside and the door locked shut. Tim came on a Saturday which was a big help. He replaced parts and got it all working. He was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend Able Appliance Repair and Tim.

Our Samsung refrigerator froze up and stopped working. We called a "competitor", who tried to fix the problem. Their fix lasted about a month. We called them to come back and readdress the issue, but they never returned our repeated calls. We therefore called Able, who fixed the problem. However, the fridge froze up again within Able's warranty period. They honored the warranty and diagnosed a second problem with the unit, which we have determined is not worth fixing. This company is absolutely the best and EXACTLY what a service organization should be! I've used them for washer and dryer repair and didn't even think they would do furnaces but I'm really glad I was wrong! Derick is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes as much time to explain something as needed. I recommend this company to everyone I know!

Josh the tech was very very thorough and checked everything thus able to get the furnace to fire up again. We appreciated his honesty’and didn’t try to say it was something it wasn’t! Able is the best!!
