Rick certainly deserves a full 5 star rating. Was punctual, professsional, but a very human service gentleman. He diagnosed my problem, had the necessary part on his truck, and fixed it. My old refrigerator (1996 he told me) just needed a new cooling fan to stop the horrible noise. He also told me it was a good refrigerator and worthy of repairing. Would highly recommend him.

I have used Able Appliance Repair four times now and each time I received wonderful service. This last time I called because my dryer stopped working on the Friday before the Fourth of July. Jake called me on Saturday (a holiday weekend) and asked me what the issue was. After briefly describing the problem, he knew exactly what the issue was and told me he would be at my house on Monday. Today I called Able Appliance Repair at the recommendation of my good friend and neighbor – and I was so glad I did! The woman who answered the phone was helpful and kind – off to a great start! She dispatched technician Zach Dailey out to my house and he was able to properly diagnose the issue quickly and was even able to source the part before the end of the day (even though my call was later in the afternoon)!
