They texted me with an approx. window of time and a photo of Jack the technician that would be servicing the unit. Jack arrived slightly before the estimated window of time given. He explained the issue and resolved it quickly. I appreciated that the part that was replaced was pictured on the invoice and the invoice was mailed. I will use them again!
