Derek Dewey did a thorough job of determining the cause of my air conditioner issue. He then went on to do an inspection of what else might be contributing to the problem. Together we determined that they would install a new system as mine was over 15 years old. My husband and I are always very pleased with the service we receive from Absolute Heat & Air.

This is the ONLY company who answered our call/need to get someone out same day. Derek was out to our house within 2 hrs of calling and had our problem fixed/AC back running quickly. I am highly impressed that they run 24 hr calls, and are servicing at an affordable price for their clients.

l installed 3 Mitsubishi ductless systems. I called AHA to see if they'd come out and get them running. Being the 1st week of August and daily temps of 100+ degrees , I figured they would be busier than a cat in a sandbox and that I'd be put in que! I explained to Jeannie the work that I needed done and when I could possibly get a technician out. To my surprise she said " I can have someone out there tomorrow between 11 & 1:30." ! These guys are awesome. We were out of town on vacation and my AC goes down. I explained to them what was going on and luckily we were in Broken Bow so I was able to drive back and deal with it. Absolute met me there quickly after I got back in town and got it taken care of ASAP so I could get back to my vacation and family. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I called late Monday night , and they called back prompt at 0730 the next am, and had it fixed the next day !!!! Dylan Poorman should be employee of the month 👍ty

They came out ASAP and got our AC up and running! They were wonderful to deal with and the price was more than fair.

Our AC went out on Fathers Day- we called Absolute and they were out within a couple of hours- Jeff was awesome, friendly, and did a great job finding and fixing the problem. We were cooking again in no time! Thanks Jeff and Jeannie- you’ll be the first place we call in the future for all HVAC stuff!

They were super nice and professional and explained the whole process to me. They were quick on getting my problem repaired. I am definitely going to use them again and even signed up for their maintenance plan which is very affordable.
