I am not on the program now but was a few years ago and loved Dr. Branch , I lost the weigh and have kept most of it off for a few years. The quarantine has caused me to stress eat and I need to get back to the program. I would recommend this program to anyone that has weight to lose.
I started in January at 178 it’s May 154 ! 9 more lbs Goal 145 SUMMER, I love my medical advisor, she is kind, understanding and there for me. The program is wonderful and easy. I’m so glad I found it!
