this program is awsome worked like a charm along with exercise and counting calories i lost 55 lbs in about 10 months. only thing i woukd like is to be able to do tgw maintenance part i do have to whatch what i eat to be able to stay on track
I just love the enviroment, the staff and Mrs. Betty! The Dallas Office Staff are ROCK STARS and because some of them have tried or are on the program and have been successful. It really gives you confidence and the motivation you need, that extra push that, you can do it and be sucessful too!
