My son saw Katherine Rehberg. Her bedside manners are lacking. She first prescribed dapzone, causing blood blisters on my son. Next, an antibiotic and a costly topical. she suggested an online pharmacy. Topical arrives but it's dapzone again! Confirmed with pharmacy that dapzone was in fact called in, not the new topical. Pharmacy won't give refund. Rehberg would not admit fault and tritley said sorry and that she could do nothing. Katherine Rehberg is the anti-hallmark of good character.
I went to this Dr. on a recommendation and in my opinion stay clear away! First she told me I had two precancerous moles. They were VERY tiny but I had them removed anyway. I was left with two substantial scars. Next she told me I may have a tumor on my scalp and needed a CT scan immediately. I really didn't want to subject myself to that amount of radiation and decided to get a second opinion. Another Dr. told me it was just a lipoma and in no way did I need a CT scan!
Dr. Claudel was on call one weekend. He did not return my call all day. The next morning, I received a call from him. He shamed me for calling and was extremely unprofessional. He argued with me over the phone and hung up on me. I will not be returning to this practice. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a "professional".
Business response:
I am reviewing this website for the first time. It is easy in this "anonymous" cyber space world we live in to leave disparaging remarks and comments; but I can honestly say that in over 18 years of practice that I would never NOT call a patient back in need. Nor would I ever hang up on a person (much less a patient) unless there was just cause to do so. I can only recall one such instance with a patient last year who was very rude, demanding and inappropriate; despite every thing I did do for h
I had a minor surgery done in April, it is now late October and he is still trying to "fix" it. Do not trust for surgical procedures.
In February, I had Mohs surgery scheduled with Dr. Sable when he abruptly left his practice at St. Luke's. This was two days before my surgery. I was left scrambling to find another surgeon to do the procedure, and of course, the surgery had to be delayed. I believe that Dr. Sable should have practiced professional courtesy and notified his patients who had already scheduled surgery with him.
