I got a new car. My old ford fusion started having transmission problems.
I always like to use this facility because the staff are very friendly and they always take care of me without an appointment
This service was for a recall item.
Good service. A bit pricey, but good overall experience
My service advisor Andy was really helpful in coordinating and setting up my appointment. The service manager Jose listened to my concern. Helped point me in the right direction to get the Approvals. Necessary to remedy the situation. He even took a test drive with me and verified that there was still a problem. He coordinated with his technician to get the problem resolved. This is an example of great service.Thank you to everyone involved
Good low-pressure experience.
Great experience! Service was great,
I had a great experience with trading in my old truck and purchasing a new Ranger Raptor. I worked with Colin who made the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend Academy Ford to all my friends and customers. Can't say enough
They came to the house and were early!! Very professional and helpful.
