My service advisor Andy was really helpful in coordinating and setting up my appointment. The service manager Jose listened to my concern. Helped point me in the right direction to get the Approvals. Necessary to remedy the situation. He even took a test drive with me and verified that there was still a problem. He coordinated with his technician to get the problem resolved.This is an example of great service.Thank you to everyone involved
