The repair of my F-150 STX 2020 was excellent, very good service and speed.
The battery needed replacement in my vehicle. I went to the service center without an appointment. They quickly tested to ensure there was no other issue and replaced the battery. Great service.

My service was quick and efficient on so many levels. I went to Academy Ford's service department, in December 2025, for the pillars on my 2017 Ford Explorer that were recalled. However, I couldn't get the replacement for over a year. I reached to another dealer in the area to no avail for almost a year. Hence, I went to Academy Ford's on a whim. The part was ordered and received within 2 week and installed within a couple days. I would recommend Academy Ford's service department over others.
