RecommendedI recommend this place but if you don’t confirm they cancel your appointments the call center they use suck I love the staff. But the call center that calls you to confirm does not confirm they need to cancel the call center.

Somehow academy kids vision released my daughters prescription to someone over the phone who wasn’t even on my authorization list. This created a very big problem and I think this issue is serious and should be taken into consideration before you trust them with your child’s information. When I addressed this issue all I got was a sorry and I don’t know how that happened the girl doesn’t work here anymore who did that. It happened January 15th and now it’s January 19th. I believe I’m being lied to as well.

Whoever answered the phone this morning was BEYOND rude. When I called a different location they actually set up the appointment which was NEEDED and are going to fix the problem. Shame on the person, for telling me what was going on with my kiddo was my fault for “stressing them out” I’ll never go back to this office again!!

Tech who took one of my children back was rude. Walked in with three children appt was at 10:00 and 10:30 got called back at 11:30.was not COVA safe they had 20-25 people in lobby the whole time I was there with my three children.
