Tech who took one of my children back was rude. Walked in with three children appt was at 10:00 and 10:30 got called back at 11:30.was not COVA safe they had 20-25 people in lobby the whole time I was there with my three children.

RecommendedVery friendly and professional. We come every year for a check-up. The doctor and staff help you feel at ease.
RecommendedAbsolutely terrible. We show up early with all paperwork filled out. We wait 20 minutes to be spoken to then fill out the exact same paperwork again. They call my older son back. All is well. Call the baby back. He was apprehensive. They act, as a place specializing in pediatrics, like they’ve never seen a scared child before. It takes 3 of them to get x rays. I do not recommend anyone to take their children here! Staff very rude and impatient. My son was having a fit we were asked “to reschedule after a nap or something” I did not find this professional on any level!

Usually when my daughter gets her teeth cleaned the hygienist does a fantastic job. This last time the gal took about 2 minutes. She forgot to floss or polish. I don't know what was going on, but my daughter's teeth looked the same before they were cleaned as they did after.
