***WARNING*** THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!! The process started out “ok” Amanda in customer service was so friendly I immediately booked with them. When the movers arrived they did not give the courtesy “on the way call” as explained. They sent a man in his late 60’s/70’s he passed out and took a nap on my floor. I moved 2/13/21... the two men moving me were very nice but I do not feel they were experienced at all. I actually used this company because of the reviews! They showed up on time... friendly... I explained how hard it was to move my brand new sofa in, and they mentioned they’d use moving blankets to get it out. All they did was cover it with clear wrap. My brand new sofa was damaged.
