MADE ME PAY UPFRONT BEFORE MOVE WAS COMPLETED... THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT ELECTRITY BEING OUT , SAYING IT WAS DARK AND SAFETY HOWEVER I PACKED THE FULL HOME MYSELF WITH THE SUNLIGHT BEAMING THROUGH THE HOME ! FIRST THEY STATED I NEEDED A CARD ON FILE BECAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE THE SITE WHICH THEY KNEW IN ADVANCE AND NEVER SAID THEY NEEDED IT BEFORE HAND ! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I Hired them to move me yesterday 6/26/23 and it rained and they still charged me for the time they didn’t move my property. I called and Heather informed me that they still charge customers because they’re men are still on site whether they are working or not, which this is not disclosed prior to the move. Also informed her that her workers took several smoke breaks even stopped to the store in route to new location and I shouldn’t be charged for all this wasted time and she justified it by sayin... read more

With the Acadiana area being under an Excessive Heat Warning, our movers are encouraged to take breaks. We did not hear that your job had any issues during your move. If we did hear about them, we could have addressed at that time.
Unprofessional, dishonest and disrespectful to the elderly. This company took advantage of my elderly aunt overcharging her $240. for a total bill of $600. to move 10 pieces of furniture and 23 small/medium boxes. Calls to owners Jill and Kevin have been unresponsive to rude and belligerent customer service. Do not recommend.
RecommendedThey showed up the morning of my move and told me that I didn’t pack correctly and that they couldn’t move 75% of my stuff. They failed to communicate their packing requirements ahead of time with me. They literally told me their packing requirements when they showed up to move me. If they needed things to be a specific way, then I should have received an email or phone call with their packing requirements / day of checklist.
