I was very pleased with the care I received. The team did a good job caring for me. I found the therapists I worked with were very helpful. I truly enjoyed my therapy the most. Except for the food. It was extremely good and arrived hot - not room temp.

This is my 3rd stay here. Every visit has been a great experience, considerate care, friendly staff, wonderful menus. Hoping this will be my last visit, if not, I'll have to chose Accel at Crystal Park again!

Response time is fair.with aides. Therapy is wonderful. Licensed nurses are good. The food is bad. It is almost inedible at times. I’ll be glad when I’m out of here because I’m hungry. Would like to see if the cooks can actually eat what they deliver to us. Family is bringing me cheese, crackers, fruit to help. Their tea is good.

My husband was there for a week and the people was very nice to my husband and I know he can be a handful sometimes. I do feel the need more medical personnel than what they have hopefully that can be resolved.
