The employees were nice and friendly. They were also stretched thin due to apparent understaffing which was verified. This led to sometimes exhaustive waits when the call bell was pressed. Constantly having ice water was a task. I’d ask one assistant and she take my cup and after a few minutes, return with a cup of ice, then disappear. That happened twice. Mom is still there having a hard with the communication no contact tell patient they will call and don’t
The only thing that we found good about this place was the physical therapist. Everything else, from the care, the nursing, the food, the pain management, the bedding the general accommodations were horrendous! We would never ever recommend this facility to anyone. I BELIEVE IT IS A MEDICARE SCAM!
I’m still here. It’s been rough. Woke the last two nights in a row by talking or even singing nurses at 2 am. My day nurse must not like me. I barely can get anyone to answer my button much less get help. Feeling frustrated.
