So far, I've had a great experience. Accurate Engine's customer service has been amazing. I received an accurate quote and an approved invoice within a few hours of first contacting them. The next day, they sent a flatbed truck to my house to pick-up my truck to transport it to their shop. Lanny and his team did a great job on my 2013 GMC Sierra 5.3 and gave me a great warranty. I had spun a camshaft bearing and my truck was slightly outside of warranty. I was getting nowhere with GM and it was going to cost a small fortune to put a reman engine in, until I called Accurate Engines and talked to Lanny.
