Lack of cummunication. Core refund has not yet been refunded and it has been over the asked waiting period. Several attempts have been made with no luck on a resolution.
Accurate Engines Dormax SW Grandville MI sent me a defective engine with old freeze plugs that leaked coolant into the oil and caused a complete tear down. Ron the a salesman said Accurate Engines would rebuild my engine and send it back to me. Next thing I know is the trucking company said that they have a engine to deliver to me. I knew right away it wasn't my engine. The turnaround time was to fast. They sent me some parts off of my engine that were dirty and had old seals. Make this right. Send a engine to me that is actually been tested and totally remanufactured like you advertised. Not one that's defective leaking coolant and old timing chain guides.
Sent me the wrong engine and a defective engine. Harold and rusted freeze plug and old timing chain guides, freeze plug leaked coolant into the oil had mechanic had to tear the engine back down and found that the freeze plug was old and rusted. They sent the timing chain cover back dirty and with the old seal. The engine wasn't ever tested properly with these problems. Accurate Engines will not answer phone calls or honor the warranty. Delivered a different engine than agreed among. They were supposed to rebuild the factory engine I sent them and send it back. The engine they sent me was defective, had old timing chain guides and old freeze plugs that leaked coolant into the oil. Had to tear down the engine and locate the problem sent the oil pan and timing chain cover back dirty and with old gaskets. They will not honor the warranty or return phone calls.
