We recently converted our oil boiler to a new combo boiler with propane. The Ace-Robbins team of Jessica Coolbaugh, Aaron and Dante did an amazing job from specking the project to removal of old system and installing the new combo boiler. Christie was our service technician for our recent appointment. It was the first time meeting her. She did an excellent job being very thorough and explaining some tips that would help out with our ductless air conditioning / heat pump system in the future. She went above and beyond!! Highly recommended!
I had ace Robbins install 2 ductless systems in our home in Dalton 6 years ago. Loved the Mitsubishi systems. Moved into CS 6 months ago, just had them install them in our new house- that's 60 years old! Aaron was one of the installers-- and he did a fabulous job respecting the old ceiling cove moldings. It involved removing it, installing the unit by the ceiling and also the window molding. He and the gentleman who installed the unit on the brick outside are great assets to this company. We recently had a mini split installed in our garage. From start to finish, with arranging, scheduling, everything involved with this, it was smooth sailing. Jessica is wonderful - the workers that came to do the installation were great. We have regular maintenance on our home units, as well as our boiler and delivery of propane and oil - we have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!!!!
We are very happy with our air conditioner/heat pump. The installation crew, Aaron and Dante, were very friendly and worked efficiently. They did a great job during installation and made sure that everything was cleaned up after. Jessica was so helpful arranging everything for us. We are very thankful and would recommend them to others.
