So is it standard procedure to have a manager in uniform threatening to fight people and smash out car windows at the tow show while drunk and holding a beer in Orlando at the host hotel? Ace wrecker has a HORRIBLY DISRESPECTFUL lady in dispatch. I had a service request through Geico that gave me an ETA of 60 minutes. Alright no problem.
