So is it standard procedure to have a manager in uniform threatening to fight people and smash out car windows at the tow show while drunk and holding a beer in Orlando at the host hotel? Ace wrecker has a HORRIBLY DISRESPECTFUL lady in dispatch. I had a service request through Geico that gave me an ETA of 60 minutes. Alright no problem. The ETA time comes and goes so I call to get an update on service. Man picks up the phone, I explain why I'm calling and he says"oh it's going to be about another 45-60 mins" Wait what? Why I ask?
