I took the day off from work on Friday to be home from 1-5 for my tech to arrive. This had been scheduled on Wednesday (days in advance although they advertise same day services). I called the company at 4:15 concerned that he had not arrived. The receptionist said she would have the tech call me. He never called. ACES garage door technician is not giving even 10 min to. trouble shoot the technical issue to see if he is able to fix the technical issue. your technologist probably expects the easiest work flow by geting assign. to do not wor,k but need pay check for SURE??? & I wouldn't recommend any one to contact your Co. for help and to pay YOU for freebies like Lazy unresponsible careless employees with technical degrees as?? Technician thechnicians troubleshoot repair fix and help their customer before the expect pay?
They will lie about needing to do repairs that aren’t covered under your warranty and steal your money. DO NOT LET THEM ROB YOU TOO.
This place is full of scammers. Do not use them! My home warranty company sent them out to fix my garage. The tech lied and said that my warranty didn’t cover the repair but he had the parts if I wanted it fixed that day. I knowing nothing about garage doors, believed him and paid $600 for the repair. Come to find out out months later it was covered by my warranty and he lied on the invoice about the repair he did to the warranty company. Our garage door spring broke, Wed May 6th '20. I called our home warranty company and as I was in the phone with them, Ace was calling me! I called back and they were able to send someone Thurs, May 7th (10-2p window). I got a notification that Asher was coming at 11:28. He was in front of my house about 11:25. He politely asked if he could enter; I'm sure due to Covid-19. Asher was wearing a mask, as I was as well. He followed me to my garage where he maintained 6ft from me. I was thinking to replace garage door opener as it became difficult to close due to slack in motion between the chain, pulley and curved door arm. while closing the weight of the door would yank on the pulley, so the pulley now is partially open and the door would go up. the motor after such a jerk would make ticking noise. So Ace send Malek to do the free estimate. Malek fixed the whole situation with one bolt that took away the slack at no charge.
